Τhe building is an important cultural heritage of the place, which is why 50 years after the last habitation, the Municipality has proceeded to its restoration.

The main building has two floors, “broad fore headed ”with loggia and a roof and constitutes a greater portion of property with outbuildings, situated in a large courtyard. Access to the property was through the eastern entrance of the courtyard while the entrance to the building is via semi-open space-loggia.

On the lower level there were organized spaces of rural household activities which were mainly used for storage and processing of products produced by the family itself, while the first floor was organized spaces of the family living room. In the rural household economy, home facilities were not only single-functional, but hosted seasonal and other activities.
